We are a safe, centrally located, gated, secure community with beautiful gardens, a lovely mountain drop-back, and a large open parking area with a playarea for children.

We are near the following: the US Embassy, UWI Hospital, UTech, Ja & UWI, Sovereign Shopping Centre, Barbican Business Centre, New Kingston and Halfway Tree.

We have day and night security. The complex is occupied by many professionals such as doctors, lawyers, bankers and media personalities. The residents are friendly and helpful.

The complex has two large multi-story buildings. Large open area with beautiful gardens and mountain views. Larger parking area and play for children.

Guest has access to all the spaces on the property.

We prioritize our guest safety and comfort. Guests can call anytime and we seek to meet our guests at least once during their stay.
